Classic Macaroni Salad


1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tsp. white vinegar

2 tsp. sugar

1 T. prepared yellow mustard

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/4 large onion chopped

1/4 green bell pepper chopped

1/4 cup pickles chopped (optional)

Cook macaroni according to instructions,

rinse under cold water and drain

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate

for at least 4 hours better if overnight.
